I feel privileged to be able to attend the SORG course this week in Tuttlingen, Germany. It has been such an amazing experience learning from world-renowned surgeons. I think it's one of the most informative things I've done up until now. All the lectures are extremely relevant to my level of residency and to the procedures we do at our hospital. 

The lectures and faculty are very approachable, and there are active discussions during and after the lectures and the workshops. In addition, there are many options to meet residents and surgeons from all over the world: Europe, the USA, Canada, Asia, and so on. 

I think it's a great place to come to make connections and learn a lot about the new involvement and developments in oral and maxillofacial surgery in general. As the course is divided into six days, the program is very specialized regarding every procedure, so I would recommend it highly.
